  6. ∑ Chess 4.0 Lite is a limited, freeware version of the commercial
  7. release. ∑ Chess 4.0 Lite may be freely distributed, but only in its
  8. original form – We respectfully ask you not to modify or remove any of
  9. the sample games/collections/libraries/endgames before distributing.
  10.  
  11. Several features of interest to serious chess players are limited or
  12. disabled in this free version:
  13.  
  14. • Collections can contain a maximum of 1000 games, compared to
  15.    the 10.000 games in the commercial version.
  16. • Libraries cannot be saved, but you can still try out the Opening
  17.    Library Editor.
  18. • Only the KQKR and KBNK endgame databases are included. The
  19.    commercial version contains several other 4-piece endings.
  20. • Automatic game annotation/analysis are disabled for collections.
  21.    Thus ∑ Chess Lite will only annotate one game at a time.
  22. • Diagrams are not printed when printing collections/online chess
  23.    books.
  24. • Transposition tables are limited to 10 Mb, whereas the commercial
  25.    version can handle transposition tables up to a size of 80 Mb.
  26. • Only one 3D board is available.
